1. The association held its annual meeting Saturday, August 3rd., 2024 2. A Forms & Organizations page has been added. 3. A sales page has been added for those wishing to trade off or sell items. 4. The Niles Cottage Association contact officer has been added to the contacting us and members pages.. 5. Please note that the Fire Lane 13 gate will be closed for controlled access during the week and open on the weekends this year. 6. Members are again reminded to slow down and be especially careful at the intersection of Fire Lane 13 and Glen Cove Road. 7. Members are reminded that heavy trash i.e., wood beds, mattresses, and construction debris are to be taken to the town highway department dump station at the town barn. THE DUMPSTERS ARE NOW ACCESSABLE EVEN WHEN THE TOWN BARN IS CLOSED. 8. It should also be noted that during the winter months of the 2025-2026 season, the town facilities are not available. Please hang on to large items till April 2026 or make other arrangements. Do not dump these items on fire lane 13’s recycling/trash/scrap area. Thank you. 9. Please heed the signage on the containers at the trash and recycling area. Please also break down cardboard boxes to conserve space in the recycling bins. Thank you. 10. There are a number of large limbs still hanging around in the trees and access lanes as a result of the intense wind storms we’ve had recently along the lane. 12. Please be observant as you travel to your camps. |
